Harrods is the retailer. The manufacturer’s mark [A] [B] [symbol] [S], together with the strange-looking cross at the top, is Atkin Brothers of Sheffield. And it is plated, not solid silver.

I knew Harrods was a retailer, but the symbol in the Atkin Brothers name confused me. Learning takes a lifetime…
