I bought this sterling silver medal online. It seems to be made in Glasgow in 1892. Can this be correct? Who’s the maker T.S.& S ? Would this have been specially made in Glasgow for the Pretoria branch?

TS&S is T Smith & Sons. As the medal is for the Caledonian Society it seems most likely that one of the Society’s officers had contacts back in Scotland and ordered the medals directly.
