Your first picture shows a London hallmark for sterling silver with the date letter C (gothic) for 1838. The maker’s mark, CS, is that of Charles Shipway.

Your second picture is a Dutch hallmark for second standard (.833) silver with the date letter T (gothic) for 1903. The maker’s mark, VK, is that of J M van Kempen & Son.
