Can someone please help me identify the maker of these and are they plated or silver.
They were my grandmothers she was 93 in 1977 when she died not sure if they were her parents or not. I have only lightly polished one .
They are electroplate. The manufacturer was Barbour Silver Co, originally of Hartford, Connecticut.
