Carnelian butterfly brooch

I have this carnelian butterfly brooch with a mark I can’t find online. I think it says HE, but whose initials are they?? Any help would be much appreciated.

So I take it all three marks are on the butterfly broach. Are there any more? Why do you think the main stones are carnelian/cornelian? Do you think they are heat-treated? Are the pearls synthetic or real? And what are the stones surrounding the reddish main stone decoration?

If I had the answers to all your questions, I wouldn’t have posted on his forum, lol. The stones surrounding the edges of the butterfly are Marcasites. I believe the pearls to be real. What I need to know is who the maker of the brooch is.
