Hi. Trying to figutre out if these are silver markings and possibly date them? These are in a set of silverware. I think the PT means Italy but not sure.

The mark on the right looks like the Diana head (Dianakopf) mark used in Austria-Hungary. See Austria-Hungary Hallmarks • Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks.
