Dodgy hallmarks?

These marks are from a silver salt dish, presumably London 1811 (Q a bit faded on right). Something odd is going on… the top of the lion seems to have been crossed out, and there are letters on the left H (?) PC. Any ideas? Thanks

Most likely a pseudo-mark. Incuse makers’ marks are very unusual; the lion passant definitely looks strange; and the crowned leopard’s head has an incorrectly shaped punch.

Thanks for the information Phil. So do you think it is a fake or reproduction?
