Based on the hallmarks I figured out that this is an Elkington Candlestick, from 1897. The other one was stolen recently:( so I’m trying to figure out the approximate value. I tried e-bay, any other suggestions?

Yes, I can see why you couldn’t find anything similar on eBay! I suggest you take the scrap value and add, say, 75% for a very rough value. Google “scrap silver caculator” for suitable sites.
Thanks, i appreciate your reply. I will do that for the Elkington but the Tiffany & company set were so exquisite. The police found the set, already destroyed and ready to melt down! They are closing in on an arrest!!
