Elkington & Co. tankard "Old Holborn Bars" hallmark

Hi everyone,

I have recently bought this silver plated tankard at a thrift shop. I am having trouble with decifering the hallmark. The tankard is made by Elkinton & Co. The object is engraved and states: “Old Holborn Bars” and the shield states: “H F” which I suppose stands for Henry Finch. Finch was one of the owners of the pub and died in 1862. Can someone help me date this object?

To my very inexpert eye, it appears that your tankard has a Verification and Capacity mark and not a hallmark as it is silver plated not solid silver. Here is a starting point for searching for information on these type of marks.
