essay silver candy dish i think?

hi, iv looked evrywhere for info on this candy dish but can not find any, its a essay silver dish with the following numbers on the bottom,

430-384-818
the last string of numbers look ingraved different. almost by hand looking. any info would be great, it seems like real silver to me its soft, handles are hard. i would like any info anyone could give, like is it real silver? my girlfreind wants to sell it at the yard sale for ten bucks but i think it might be silver and worth way more,

Without a picture we are not going to be able to tell you very much. The main thing is that, judging from your description, nowhere on your dish is there any indication that it is silver. The only conclusion I can come to is that it is not, therefore, silver.
