Estonian fork. Who is the maker and when was it made?

As I understand it, it is from Estonia.
I would like to know when and by whom it was made.

Makers’ Marks - “EJ”.

But which years? That’s what’s interesting.

It’s hard to tell… Pattern is “Albert” aka “Prince Albert”. I’m betting on the years 1924–1940.

EJ - Eesti Juveel?

Probably pre-war. But isn’t Eesti Juveel a modern name?
