Picked this up and I know it’s Francis Howard because of the FH and the Target but I have no clue what the other markings mean and can’t seem to find this pattern anywhere. Any ideas?
As I’m sure you realise your jug is electroplated (there is no silver hallmark). The incised letters at the top are probably the initials of a previous owner and 134, and possibly the S, would typically have been a pattern designation. Without access to Howard’s records that is about as much as we can say.
