Going nuts trying to figure out these hallmarks

I found what looks to be an antique teapot, maybe not though. It has designs on the side, and markings on the bottom, all in the pictures.

It does have EP stamped on it, but I believe that may mean something other than plated on this piece. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

In this case EP does mean electroplate. Although I cannot identify the maker the meaning of the marks is almost certainly:

WC - maker’s initials
G - Glasgow
