Gothic lettering always stops me in my tracks. I’ve got a Georgian-style coffee pot, hallmarked James Dixon & Sons Ltd, Sheffield, 1938. Delightfully chunky, tipping the scales at almost 800g. It has a monogram, but I’m not sure what the lettering is. At first blush, it seems to read TTA, but might this just be a single capital W?
The object itself - not relevant, but I know someone will ask to see it.
