Hello. I put some of the old items from Grandma’s jewelry box in Google Lens and it says the earrings are Victorian style sterling silver earrings that were often made in India, and the ring is Chopard Happy Diamonds, but both items are from Russia so it’s somehow doubtful. I can’t find what “MKO” on the earrings means.
