Grandmothers silver fish knife and fork set in case?

Pleased to find this forum, I was wondering if anyone can help identify this set of what i believe are fish knife and fork set, that were left to me by grandma. They don’t appear to have any markings and and all I know is that they were likely purchased on travels.

Trying to work out if they are silver or sliver plated, tried a magnet and it doesn’t stick but no idea. Appreciate any help or advice.

I presume, as you don’t show any marks, that there aren’t any. In that case there is only a vanishingly small chance that they are silver. They seem to be in very good condition, no doubt due to having had very little or no use.
