The mark appears to be WED&Co, not one I know, but it is typical of an electroplate mark.
Done a lot of searches on WED&Co but don’t get any hits. Do you have anything else I could go to. The mark is on a spoon and is obviously plate.

Although there are some lists of electroplaters’ marks they are far from comprehensive. WED&Co is one which so far seems to have escaped identification.
