Hi would anyone recognise these hallmarks on this latge serving spoon?

These aren’t hallmarks - it’s not sterling silver. These are electroplate marks, probably from one of the many Sheffield makers. It’s from before 1896 - from that date onward, using the crown symbol on anything other than Sheffield sterling was illegal.
Not sure which of the makers it is - it could be Slack Brothers or Slater Brothers. Tough to say, since makers of electroplate didn’t have to register their marks with anyone.

" I have not been able to find an exact match for SB; it could be Birmingham or Sheffield Manufacturer of electroplated ware. There was Slack Brothers, Sheffield using SB, S. Bright & Co of Sheffield and Sturges, Bladdon & Middleton of Birmingham
