Hallmarks on the underside of a pusher kitchen utensil???

Hi,

Here are two photos: one of the pusher from a distance, and one scanned of the hallmarks on the underside.

Sorry about the quality, but it was the best I could get.

Could someone tell me what they represent, and point me to some information where I could find more information about them thanks.

Sorry, I can’t make out anything useful from your picture. However I don’t see anything which indicates that the item is silver. The first set of characters may very well be EPNS in an Old English font.
