Could anyone give a date for these hallmarks on an small EPNS motoring notepad?
I don’t think that anybody will be able to give you a date for this unless someone recognises the trade mark and can give you an approximate date when the company was in business. Electroplate is notoriously hard to date as very few manufacturers gave any indications of date.
