Here’s a 39-piece queen’s pattern cutlery set, also marked for the same town, Ascoli Picano and also using the old AP marks rather than the current AT. It sold for $US429.

I presume it’s plate as, like yours, it does not claim to be even .800 silver. You do not ask for a date but Queen’s Pattern came in to vogue in the early 19th century in the UK and by the middle of the century was in use globally. Much of it originated in Matthew Bolton’s Soho manufactory in Birmingham UK in which case the AP mark would have been by an Italian retailer although why is not clear as I cannot find any legislation which requires silver sold in the community to be stamped as if it were made there.
