I think you’re most likely right that the beaker is American, judging from the dearth of other marks. On a fairly quick search I was unable to find that maker, however. Does the dual salt cellar have the same mark? Or, are there other marks?

I don’t have that much expertise on American silver, but I think that mark must be known on one of the sites that lists American maker’s marks. I hope you can find out who it is!
