I just got into collecting and found this at a yard sale.
Could use some assistance in identifying this cup.
What is it used for and could not ID the maker.

Hi there Bavtech and thanks for joining us. The maker baffles me as well, although its a mark I have a feeling I’ve seen before (that’s not much help, I know!). Obviously American silverplated by a New York maker. If it didn’t have a handle I’d say for sure its a waste bowl for a tea or coffee set.
How about it readers, any ideas?
