Help with markings on marrow spoon

Can anyone give me more info on these markings, i have looked at list but cant be 100% sure, it is on a marrow spoon

It has a London 1843 hallmark (date letter Gothic-style H) and the maker’s mark IL over HL (upside down in your picture) for John & Henry Lias.

Thank you, i was thinking it was an “f”
