This is sterling silver from the Watson Co, Attleboro, Massachusetts. Active 1880-1955.
ETA: If your piece matches one of the flatware patterns on the linked page, that would help you date it more accurately. The marks don’t provide much help when it comes to dating, unlike U.K. sterling, which can usually be pinned down very precisely.
