Does anyone have an idea what these marks are? Had it tested with a device today and came back as real silver. Doesn’t seem to match anything I’ve seen online.
It is a Hanau (Germany) mark. Hanau was a centre of silver production at the end of the 19th - start of 20th century. Hanau marks do not follow any set pattern and vary at the whim of the various manufacturers who are particularly noted for fancy decorative silver. This particular set of marks (upside down in your picture) is identified on 925-1000.com as by Storck & Sinsheimer who were in business 1874-1926. The silver standard is probably 800.
