Help with Wilcox cup

Hello. Another cup I found on Long Island. I don’t know enough to categorize this….American Silver?

Anyway, I was told the stamp says Wilcox and the number 130012 or is it 1300 1/2? I can’t read the stamp so can’t confirm or say what else is there.

No names or dates, just a sweet floral pattern on the sides.

The label tells you it’s silver plate, the company stamp says “Wilcox Silver Plate” so it must be silver plated, not silver.
