Hi everyone! I need help with mark on good condition spoon

I have a spoon with some strange markings. My guess is that is silverplated but, I couldn t find the mark anywhere.

I couldn’t find the marks either, though that looks like a 90 in the middle, so possibly it’s coin silver?

Probably dutch.

It’s plated. The number 90 is an indication of how much silver has been used in the plating process. See Numbers on Silverplate - Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks for an explanation.
