This lovely little Ball & Claw sugar bowl was so tarnished and worn. After an hour of polishing the hallmark doesn’t seem to be readable. The silver content - 900 (coin silver) seems to be shown. But beyond that I’m at a loss. Hoping someone can recognize the style. It is so finely made I would think it was a well known one. Seems to be American late 18th/19th C? (The hallmarks are before and after
polishing).
