The blade is stamped “made in Sheffield England stainless steel.
The handle in engraved with” WEB STERLING HANDLE".
What does WEB stand for, who manufactured it, and being it is brand new in its original box–any idea as to its value?

Web is the company name - Web Silver Co of Philadelphia PA. No idea of value; it may depend on pattern and size so try Ebay’s Sold listings for something similar.
