Can someone identify this spoon for me, please. It is 11 7/8” long and possibly a coin silver stuffing spoon? I would like to know its composition, maker if possible and age.

It’s from Germany, for sure, but maker (“AH”) is still unknown… 
“Zigzag is usually the result of the assay process. Material is scraped from the object and tested for silver alloy fineness. (Cited from: Question about a German silver Hallmark | Antiques Board)”
