Identify tiny spoon please

Hi can anyone tell me something about this tiny spoon. The letters on it say m h ac followed by a number 13 I think.

I believe it actually reads MH&Co followed by EP sideways. Your spoon is electroplated and was made by the Sheffield company, Martin Hall & Co.
