Information on William Hutton serving tray

I have a William Hutton serving tray from around 1910. I would like to know more about it and if it is silver or plate? The following is on the back:

          8 Arrows (Tick-tac-toe)
WH & S B P MP over B, printed sideways
               Hard Soldered
                    15636

Any info would be appreciated

It’s electroplate. “BP” stands for Britannia Plate which is electroplated Britannia metal - the latter is a base metal alloy similar to pewter. For some example Hutton electroplate marks see here.

Thanks for the feedback. I assume the fact it is plate and not especially ornate it would have little value.

Correct. And of course condition is extremely important.
