W.S. Blackington was a silver manufacturer from Meriden, CT. They were purchased by Elmore Silver Company in the 1930’s and after being purchased, they started making silverplated holloware. Elmore Silver stopped manufacturing in the early 1960’s.

Under 118 (which is probably the design number) is a little giff inside a rectangular cartouche (EPC) which is short hand for ElectroPlate on Copper. Cheers, Christian
