Any help identifying the stamps on this tea glass holder? Not even sure which direction is up. One way, it looks like a stylized “AK 2.” I believe these tea glass holders are frequently of Russian origin so the letters also might be Cyrillic. Thanks in advance for any help.

Russian, it’s for sure.
Made of Melchior (a copper-nickel alloy) and silver-plated, probably from the Soviet era (USSR) of the 1950s to 1970s.
Manufacturer: Kazakovskiy Plant of Art Products, Nizhny Novgorod Region.
