Hi Jo, welcome to silver-collector.com.
Your Grandmothers teapot is silver plated, the marks are that of George Shadford Lee & Henry Wigfull, of Sheffield. That mark was first used in 1871, and changed in 1898, so it must have been made during this period, I would guess from around 1890 looking at the style.
I’m sorry to say that silver plated teapots are not particularly valuable, so it would probably be worth around £30-£50.
