Need 3 th. help for spoon ,id origin etc... for this beautiful candle

Many thanks in advance for your research yesterday! Much appreciated. Today I have two candlesticks about which I know very little apart from the purchase price.
The first is this one, which is about 12 cm tall and weighs 170 grams (weighted at the base)
It has quite attractive markings, but I only recognise the lion.
The purchase price was €80 on a regional buying platform (2dehands.be) in Belgium. I’m curious about its origin and age. I wonder if any experts here could perhaps give an indication of its actual value? If not, no problem.
Perhaps it’s simply not appropriate to ask that here. Please do let me know, and I’ll be happy to take that into account in future.

Here goes, I could be totally wrong here but I’m sure the Oracles will be along soon to Right any Wrongs .

I’m reading H M for Henry Mathews, town mark for Chester England, and the year mark is letter M for year c1912 !!!. Only thing puzzling me is the Lozenge shapes !!!

The bottom of these lozenges made me think twice as they have a point and are not flat !!!
