Need a bit of assistance

I recently bought a pocket watch. I can see that it has a Chester hallmark but I’m having trouble reading the date mark. Also not sure what the numbers 407 and 5 signify. Thanks

This date letter B is 1902. The numbers have no particular significance; watch cases normally have the watch movement number stamped on them but 407 doesn’t seem like a big enough number for that.
