These are the marks on a 9" long ornate, antique skeleton key… I don’t know what the key was used for, nor its history, nor can I identify the marks… I picked it up from an antique shop in Taunton MA… any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey these marks looks interesting.How old is this ornate.Have you asked the shopkeeper of the shop from where you purchased this about these marks.May be he know something about them.
Thank you for your reply. Someone in another forum was able to identify that the piece came from Italy and that the maker was Masini Gioielli and it is based on ancient European key designs. They weren’t able to identify the 2 marks on the right but it’s assumed the script letters are his mark, and unsure what the figure is. Was hoping it was older!
