Need help identifying old silver candlesticks

Bought these candlesticks at a local thrift shop… a friend thinks they are 18th C French
They appear to be die cast solid silver
3 hallmarks on inside and one---- bull’s head— on outside.

I think it’s a pseudo mark in hanau silver.
