Need help identifying spoon

Norwegian wine tasting? Not sure - I’ve only found one identical online on this ebay listing link…. Vintage Souvenir Rare Spoon Decoration Metal Stamp Randa Home 7.5 x1.5" Engraved | eBay I purchased it at an estate sale with donations from the Murphey Oil family.

Wow - thank you. I’m researching online now - do you think that’s it? It definitely looks like it……

Looking at it again under a light, and that’s definitely it… thank you! Any ideas on the material? I have a small acid scratch stone kit at home, but I don’t see anything conclusive from it.
