I inherited a 3 piece tea set and I have been searching for the maker and origin of the set can anyone help please? the middle hallmark looks like a shield with a cross, the first one looks like a U in cursive

Not a mark I recognise but it’s almost certainly an American mark. I have zoomed in on the marks and corrected the distortion to extract what I can from them and I have deleted your pictureless duplicate post under Photographing Silver.
