Robert Stewart, Glasgow? RS, SBG, RD inside lozenge… Any ideas?

The S B seems to correspond to the SB with “SAMANLAN (S.B) SILVER” so the G is very likely for Glasgow. Robert Stewart then becomes a prime candidate for the manufacturer.

RD in the lozenge simply means the design has been registered.
