Hi guys I’m offer a little help/advice on what this sterling silver set is and used for Am I wright in saying it’s a crute set?

I would expect a cruet set to have holes for sprinkling salt and pepper. However as your pieces are in the form of shamisens (Japanese musical instruments) there may be some sort of Japanese condiment for which they would be used.
