Purchased this item today at a garage sale and have no idea of what it is. If I were to guess I would say a “Barrell Decanter” It appears to be silver. Grade unknown. Age unknown. Can anyone help? We really need a picture on the site, that way more people can see it and hopefully help. If you refer to the ‘how to photograph silver’ section it will explain how to resize your images for this site using a free program called Picasa. I would suggest adding a pic of teh entire piece and a close up pic of any marks present.
