Old Scottish tray

Found this huge tray while thrifting. It appears to be pretty old. No hallmarks so I assume it is Sheffield or plate. No other stamps besides what is in the photo.
There are some very tiny numbers etched beneath the makers stamp and again in another location, I think they go " 22 - 7/186 - 112 - " I am so curious about how old it might be and what those numbers mean

The tray is electroplated. Crichtons were in business at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. The scratched numbers may be an owner’s inventory marks.
