Picture Frame- Hallmark Identification-maker/date

Here is a small picture frame. I believe the hallmarks indicate silver and London, but having trouble finding the maker D R & B in a shield shape and reading the date letter. Any help appreciated.

Hi Kelly

The date is 1988 assayed in London. It is silver. Are you sure it is D R & B? It looks like D R & S and there is reference to D R & S in a shield for London 1987-1991 but there isn’t a reference to the name.
