You actually have my thoughts. What you lack is my conclusions. As a doctor you will know you need data in order to consider any conclusions and that data has to be demonstrably conclusive or you may make the patient worse and your malpractice insurance premiums higher.
But your problem isn’t, as my colleague suggests, a shortage of brain power but a lack of familiarity with the language being deployed.
And since you don’t own the item the question again I worry about is giving an opinion on goods where the owner has not requested it and adversely affecting price.
As to telling you if you should or should not buy it, how would anybody know that but you?
What is the price? Why do you want it? Can you afford it? What is the weight? Have you tested it for silver content? All I know, based on Bart’s searches, is it is probably silver but of a low grade.
