Can someone please help me identify these pieces? The spoon has what appears to be a Japanese dragon with a bamboo handle and leaves at the end. The bowl has dragons all around.

I have one exact same at my office. I assume that it was a gift - given to the company.
I have also once seen one exact same at an internet auktion.
So 3 dragons on the bowl - but now we also know of 3 different pieces.
