The Balinese huntress. She has a cross bow, a hunting horn and two dogs. This is a common village life theme for traditional Indonesian jewelled cases.
I cannot tell you if this is .500 silver or much higher. Nor, since I am not a gem expert can I tell you if the stones are precious or semi-precious. If I was buying I would presume, absent any silver mark and a local artisan mark only, it was .500 silver, the lowest grade generally used and the stones were semi-precious.
This is a 20th century cigarettes case and you will see a lot of similarly themed work sometimes with embossment and sometimes with filigree work on your next trip to Bali.Or your first if you have yet to visit.
If you have time go to Celuk, the “Silver Village” . It is the main center for gold and silver craftsmanship on the island. Artisans there are known for intricate jewelry designs, like this including rings, necklaces, earrings, and brooches, often featuring traditional Balinese motifs including temples and hunting scenes. The main road is lined with galleries and workshops. Celuk is in the Sukawati District of the Gianyar Regency, about eight km from Denpasar on the way to Ubud.
